The venue has favourable and great location near to metro. The staff are really kind and nice, they keep the place clean. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with water bottles and new furniture, for example was not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at this super comfortable place. the staff knew what they were doing and the room was spacious with really big beds. the breakfast had a lot to choose from and the food was delicious! 🌟

It's a quiet and incredibly friendly hotel altogether. the service is incredible. - Its location is comfortable, just next door to the historical centre, Istanbul, and shopping districts.

Loved the place, had a really good stay for the short visit. There was a good choice of great meals. The staff were professional, comfortable, and in an absolutely perfect location near the metro station. The breakfast was varied. The check-in was fast. Besides, there was parking on site.

Nothing at all. I made a big mistake choosing the hotel. They tricked us with the price they flagged. I am a big family and I had to pay additional money for each person including the children not as flagged by booking (terms and conditions). They called me late night asking me how many persons we are and they could not wait till next day. They charged everything including a breakfast for 8 years old child (normally it free or at least 1/2 price).

The hotel is very strict and doesn’t allow any food or drinks to be taken to the rooms. All they say is use the mini bar trying to push and force guests to use the mini bar to get more money. This hotel thinks only about how much it can suck money from the guests. It is my mistake staying in this hotel. Most of the staff are very harsh and pushy and show no respect to the hotel customers. The hotel General Manager is not helpful with a little authority given to him as he claimed. I advise travelers not to choose this hotel. In my opinion, The hotel is charging for everything. The ac was turned off for about 5 hours during my stay in the day without notifying me and they say they are doing maintenance. His did not even send a short note of oplogy. Breakfast is very poor with similar menu every day and it costs 15 eru (too much expensive), I have chated and talked to many guests and we all were in a greement that the hotel policy is stange and unique and never seen ealswhere (big surprise). The way this hotel is managed and opearted is odd.

Somewhat far from the Old town Sultanamet area and can be expensive by taxi, though you can take the metro/tram but need to change twice.
